UK Paragon acts for investors to maximise their capital and rental returns in prime property.
We always represent the investors interests and access the best on and off-market opportunities. But we are not only a buying agent: we also provide a unique one-stop service which includes property sourcing, design and refurbishment, lettings and property management. All handled in-house, we are convenient and accountable.
Based on our specialist market knowledge, we have also launched a series of investment funds since 2017.

Our investment philosophy
UK Paragon specialises in tailored packages based on the investors risk appetite. Our investors have enjoyed up-to 9% rental returns on their London based opportunities, and 13%+ on out of London ventures.
We have a solid relationship with a variety of housing associations, local councils, Government and non-government organisations, who rent from us our units with long term secured contracts.

This sector demonstrates an attractive combination of capital growth and rental returns, traditionally with low volatility and little correlation to the performance of equities.
We look for heritage properties typical of the area. These are unique, highly demanded and have added value potential through renovation and reconfiguration. Our opportunities are carefully selected to avoid saturated and expensive markets.
